Don't read about food on an empty stomach.
Especially not a worshipful article about authentic xiaolongbao. I want to try the "yellow-river crab supreme dumpling". Yum.

Happy Cafe in San Mateo has some of the best xiao long bao I've ever had. You've gone there with us, haven't you? Also, if you're in New York, Lin's Dumpling House in Chinatown has really good dumplings.
